Tell us how L.V. Harkness got started:
L.V. Harkness opened in 2000, founded by Meg Jewett, who had recently moved back to her ancestral home in the bluegrass. After living on both coasts, Meg wanted a world-class place to shop in Lexington - and has succeeded! L.V. Harkness offers so much - fine gifts in every price range, interior design, bridal and gift registry, trophies and corporate gifts, and of course stationery and paper goods.
What are your future plans for L.V. Harkness?
Our future plans include an upcoming expansion for the store and a more active web presence.
What is your Boatman Geller top seller?
We have sold the trays, recipe boxes, and phone covers very well.
How did you end up in the world of stationery?
Stationery was a natural next move for us - we truly want our clients to think of us as "one stop" shopping and paper goods are a necessity!
